Rather, they clarified the reserved powers of the members of the corporation and the boards role in key aspects of the colleges functioning such as the appointment and supervision of the colleges president and the revision of the faculty handbook.”

The college owned unusable land, sold the land, and took interest in a partnership that will develop housing and rental units. The college receives a federal form k-1 each period reporting rental income that passes through to the college.
