Supportive Connections Community Services SCCS provides trauma-informed culturally responsive and financially inclusive mental health care. We offer outpatient therapy crisis response and clinical training to increase access for underserved communities in California and Mississippi.

A complete draft of Form 990 was reviewed by the organizations executive team and made available to all voting members of the board of directors prior to filing. The board was given an opportunity to ask questions and provide input and the return was approved by the board before submission.

SCCS requires all officers directors and key employees to complete an annual conflict of interest disclosure form. Any potential conflicts are reviewed by the board and individuals with a disclosed conflict must recuse themselves from related discussions and decisions. The organizations conflict of interest policy is reviewed annually and monitored by the board to ensure compliance
