The launchpad collective, inc. Is a california-based nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing equitable, sustainable community development through education, entrepreneurship, and housing innovation. Our mission is to transform disinvested neighborhoods into inclusive, self-sustaining communities by combining affordable, energy efficient housing with small- business incubation, workforce training, and supportive services.
