“During the latter parts of 2023 as we were getting the non-profit officially stood up, we were awaiting the Christmas holiday break to have our first documented meeting when all the governing officers would be under one roof. This meeting did not end up happening until early January 2024 and will be covered in next year's 990.”

“Our first Board of Directors meeting was not until January 2024 and so no committees had been formed before 31 December 2023. These CMTE's actions will be covered in next year's 990.”

“Both Monica Simpson, the Registered Agent, and Wayne Shaw, one of the Directors, both of whom are on the Certificate of Formation for this non-profit, worked together to answer all the various questions and data entry fields for this Form 990. We referred to our various official formation documentation to accurately answer the questions on this form. Also, we had no income and no expenses in the 2023 Tax Year for this non-profit as this was the period when we were just getting it stood up.”
