IMAHELPS ECUADOR conducted a humanitarian medical and dental mission in Cayambe, Ecuador, providing free medical, dental, and pain management services to underserved populations. During the mission, 2,506 clinical services were delivered, including 457 general/internal medicine visits, 364 pediatric consultations, 331 gynecology and obstetrics services, 109 emergency consultations, 811 pain management treatments, and 434 dental procedures. A total of 986 prescriptions were dispensed. Approximately 66.7% of patients served were women, and the most represented age group was 3154 years (36.2%). Services included preventive care, chronic disease management, dental restorations, and medication distribution to individuals lacking regular access to healthcare. Patients requiring additional monitoring or post-procedure evaluation were referred for follow-up care coordinated through local medical providers to ensure continuity of treatment after the mission concluded.-$73,851
