Synergosxp partners with overwhelmed pastors and struggling churches to ease their burden of church administration.
This organization equips church pastors with essential administrative and operational management skills not covered in traditional seminary training. Many pastors are unprepared for the organizational demands of leading a church, leading to stress, burnout, and ministry dropout. To address this, the organization provides tailored, short-term support-ranging from 3 to 18 months-through site visits, implementation of systems and processes, and hands-on training. These services empower pastors to manage their churches more effectively and sustainably, freeing them to focus on spiritual leadership. By subsidizing costs through grants and donations, the organization makes these services accessible to smaller churches. It also plans to expand its impact through online resources and educational tools. The ultimate goal is to relieve pastors of administrative burdens and strengthen the long-term health and self-sufficiency of churches.

| SynergosXP (SXP) exists to serve overwhelmed pastors and struggling congregations by easing the administrative burdens that often distract from core pastoral responsibilities. Through remote, fractional executive pastor services, we empower churches-particularly those lacking the budget to hire full-time staff-to implement sustainable systems and processes, freeing pastors to focus on spiritual leadership and community care. Rooted in Ephesians 4, our approach emphasizes equipping local leaders to manage church operations independently, not fostering dependency on SXP. In 2024, SynergosXP partnered with seven churches across the U.S., supporting a combined annual budget of $5.39 million, 50 staff members, and a total of 2,050 weekly attendees. These partnerships included a church-operated daycare serving 70 children daily. SXP provided strategic, cost-effective improvements in HR and financial systems. As a result, six of the seven partner churches saved more money than they spent on SXP services. For example: A church with a $90,000 annual budget saved $18,000 (20% of its total budget) on health benefits, reallocating that funding toward ministry. Our largest partner, based in Iowa, saved $157,000 annually through a comprehensive HR system redesign. These savings enabled churches to reinvest in their missions, staff, and community programs. In addition to cost savings, we trained and empowered internal leaders at each church, ensuring operational sustainability and leadership development beyond our involvement. This year, SynergosXP also deepened its collaboration with the Acts29 church planting network. We supported the launch of four new churches and created a centralized document library of operational templates now accessible to all Acts29 church plants. This resource reduces startup friction and promotes administrative excellence from day one. Looking ahead, we are focused on expanding our financial sustainability. Our goal is to cover operational costs through earned revenue and reserve charitable contributions exclusively for scholarship partnerships with the most under-resourced churches. This ensures that no church in need is left without support, regardless of their financial capacity. SynergosXP continues to measure success not only by dollars saved but by the ministry hours regained, systems stabilized, and leaders equipped to carry their churches forward with confidence. | $0 | $18,069 |
