Law students are not entitled to be elected as an officer or director. Law student affiliated members consist of members who are students enrolled in the william s. Richardson school of law at the university of hawaii and any other aba-accredited law school. Affiliate members are not entitled to be elected as an officer or director. Affiliate members consist of lawyers who are licensed and in good standing in other states and who become affilate members of the hsba.”
