Part VI, Line 6 GSMA has Operator Member, Associate Member and Rapport membership categories. Only Operator Members have voting rights. Associate Members and Rapporteurs do not have any voting rights. The number of votes allocated to a Member is proportionate to the amount of the annual Dues which a Member has paid. Members have the following powers: The ratification every two years of the Board in its entirety; the dismissal of the Chairman, individual members of the Board or the Director General, and certain fundamental transactions.”

The foreign currency conversion results in an adjusting item to the organization's change in net assets for the period which is reported on Form 990, Part XI, line 9. The financial statements were compiled following international financial reporting standards and received an unqualified audit opinion.”
