Industry Members and Rapporteurs do not have any voting rights. The number of votes allocated to a Member is proportionate to the amount of the annual Dues which a Member has paid. Operator members have the following powers: The ratification every two years of the Board in its entirety; the dismissal of the Chairman, individual members of the Board or the Director General, and certain fundamental transactions.”
