Each governor nominates a director and his alternate from which the board of governors votes the board of directors. The alternate directors assist the directors in their work, attend all board meetings and vote in the absence of the director they represent. The board of directors is charged by the board of governors with supervising the activities of the organization. They typically meet four times a year. The board of governors appoints a director general to the organization who cannot be a governor or a director. The director general shall preside over meetings of the board of directors but shall have no vote except in the case of an equal division.
