“Organization's members and members rights the organization is a membership (not a stock) corporation registered in canada. The organization has supporting members. The members of the organization are those who have a connection to or an interest in the activities of the organization. They include family members of developmentally disabled individuals, former board members and frequent donors. A membership committee of the board annually reviews the make-up of this group and makes additions to keep an appropriate balance. Identified individuals considered appropriate are invited to membership.”
