This was last undertaken in preparation for the 2010 fiscal year when it was determined that the salary was well below market rates and an 8% increase was voted. No change in salary has taken place since that time, despite rising salaries in comparable positions with similar responsibilities for persons of similar education and experience. There is no other paid executive position, only a minimum wage administrative position.”

“A good portion of our program services is provided by our consultants who work as 1099 contractors and are approved by the school district to provide services. $29314 of this is thus a program service expense, while the remaining $13,743 is paid to an outside consultant with expertise in obtaining and managing the government contracts that provide the majority of our funding.”
