The operating agent performs the following duties as the organization's manager: - performs all duties as provided for under the wspp agreement and as directed by the executive committee to achieve smooth running day to day administration of the organization - acts as ambassador in the recruitment of new members and assists in the development of the annual budget - works with wspp officers, members, market participants, and regional reliability groups to develop awareness and support for issues concerning the wspp agreement and potential amendments”
