“The thai cdc informs members of the organization's governing body that the form 990 will be filed and offers to send copies electronically to members upon request. The form 990 and audited financial statements are also provided to each member in printed form at the following board meeting.”
“Thai cdc circulates its conflict of interest policy to all board members, officers and staff on an annual basis.”
“The thai cdc process for determining compensation of the executive director and other employees entails engaging an independent, third party compensation consultant to conduct a compensation survey and provide our board of directors with the high, middle and low range salary levels for each position that is comparable in the same industry and size organization and commensurate with each employee's job description. Once the board of directors review the salary ranges for each position along with our budget and projected income, a board member proposes the salary for each position to the full board and asks for a vote to pass the new compensation schedule.”
“Same as compensation process for the organization's ceo, executive director, and top management officials (part vi, section b, line 15(a)) above.”
