Additional Explanations

Cessation of or significant change to any program service Part III line 3

The HUD grant received in prior years, ended in 2016. The grant was awarded under the Supportive Housing Program (SHP). In 2016 HUD withdrew all funding from transitional housing with supportive services. However, we continue to provide affordable housing with services limited to crisis intervention, food, and some household goods, and referral services. The HUD grant has been replaced with rent income.

In 2016 HUD withdrew all funding from transitional housing with supportive services. However, we continue to provide affordable housing with services limited to crisis intervention, food, and some household goods, and referral services. The HUD grant has been replaced with rent income.
