We foster healthy and positive relationships and enhance productive communication. With an emphasis on mental health awareness, trauma-informed care, peer leadership, and art-based prevention education, PRC provides sensitive, culturally specific training for youth, young adults, parents, and youth-serving agencies and organizations.

PRC established guidelines to be followed by all employees, contactors and volunteers to avoid a conflict of interest in any service delivery or business conducted on behalf of PRC. The conflict-of-interest policy outlines the activities to avoid that are in conflict or may appear to conflict with any of the provisions of this Code of Ethical and Professional Standards or with one's responsibilities and duties as a member of the not-for-profit consulting profession and/or as n employee of the organization. All employees are provided with a copy of the conflict-of-interest policy, which they sign and date indicating they have received and read the policy.

Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15

CEO, Executive Director and top management compensation - The salaries of top management officials shall be fixed from time to time by resolution of the Board. In all cases, all salaries received shall be reasonable and given in return for services actually rendered for the corporation which relates to performance of the public benefit purposes of the corporation. No salaried Officer serving as a Director shall be permitted to vote on his or her compensation as an officer. The Board shall periodically review the fairness of compensation, including benefits, paid to every person, regardless of title, with powers, duties or responsibilities comparable to the CEO, Treasurer, or Chief Financial Officer, once such person is hired or upon any extension or renewal of employment.

These documents shall be open to public inspection and copying to the extent required by the Code.

In all cases, all salaries received shall be reasonable and given in return for services actually rendered for the corporation which relates to performance of the public benefit purposes of the corporation. No salaried Officer serving as a Director shall be permitted to vote on his or her compensation as an officer. The Board shall periodically review the fairness of compensation, including benefits, paid to every person, regardless of title, with powers, duties or responsibilities comparable to the CEO, Treasurer, or Chief Financial Officer, once such person is hired or upon any extension or renewal of employment.
