CCSI HAS RECEIVED A TOTAL VALUE OF $2901.00 USDA TEFAP FOOD FROM LA FOOD BANK AND PACKED 804 FOOD BAGS, EACH OF WHICH WEIGHTS 5 TO 7 LBS DISTRIBUTING TO LOW-INCOME FAMILIES CONSISTING OF 1556 MEMBERS. CCSI HAS RECEIVED A TOTAL VALUE OF $4576.00 BUS TOKENS AND TAXI COUPONS FROM MTA PARTNER AGENCY, WHICH DISTRIBUTED TO THE LOW-INCOME SENIORS FOR THEIR MEDICAL TRANSPORTATION NEEDS. THIS PROGRAM GAVE AWAY 416 TAXI COUPONS TO HELP 208 LOW-INCOMES SENIORS FOR THEIR FOOD, JOB, AND MEDICAL TRANSPORTATION USAGE. CCSI HAS ATTRACTED $320.00 IN-KIND VOLUNTARY SERVICES INTO THE PROGRAM. CCSI HAS SUPPORTED THREE LOCAL RELIGION ORGANIZATIONS BY PROVIDING LOW RENT TO THEM, HELPING THEM COMBATING THEIR FINANCIAL HARDSHIP.

WHEN WE ENTERED THE YEAR OF 2020, WE WERE PLANNING TO IMPROVE OUR SERVICES AND ATTRACT MORE PUBLIC SUPPORT. BUT UNFORTUNATELY, THE PANDEMIC BROKE OUT AND HIT US HARD. OUR CLIENTELE CONSISTS OF MOSTLY THE ELDERLY, WHO ARE ESPECIALLY VULNERABLE TO COVID-19. THEY HAD TO FOLLOW THE SAFER AT HOME ORDER FOR THE WHOLE YEAR, SO OUR DISTRIBUTION AMOUNT WAS CUT BY HALF. IN ORDER TO KEEP OUR ORGANIZATION FUNCTIONAL, WE NET-WORKED OURSELVES WITH OTHER NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS AS AN EMERGENCY FOOD DISTRIBUTOR AND WE WERE IDENTIFIED AS ONE OF THE 16 ESSENTIAL CRITICAL INFRASTRUCTURE SECTORS(FOOD). ALTHOUGH THINGS ARE GETTING BETTER WHEN WE ARE ENTERING THE YEAR 2021, WE ARE STILL UNDER THE IMPACT OF COVID-19. IN ORDER TO MEET THE FACTS-AND-CIRCUMSTANCES TEST IN REGULATION SECTION 1.1.70A9 (F) (3), CCSI IS PLANNING TO CONTINUE TO IMPROVE OUR WORK AND TO MOVE FORWARD REGARDLESS WHAT WE WILL HAVE TO FACE. 1. WE WILL CONTINUE TO WORK CLOSELY WITH LOCAL NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS, SUCH AS LOS ANGELES REGIONAL FOOD BANK, WHICH IS ONE OF THE COMMUNITY-SERVICES LEADERS IN THE CENTRAL LA AREA. WE ALSO WORK CLOSELY WITH OTHER NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS IN THE COMMUNITY TO EXPAND OUR SERVICE SCOPES AND TO REINFORCE EACH OTHERS ABILITIES FOR ATTRACTING PUBLIC FUNDS AND VOLUNTEERS. 2. THROUGH YEARS FREE SERVICES TO OUR LOCAL COMMUNITIES, WE NOW HAVE A CLOSE BOND WITH SEVERAL RELIGION GROUPS WHO ARE THE LEADERS OF THE LOCAL COMMUNITIES. WE ALSO WORK WITH THE MINORITIES SUCH AS KOREAN, CHINESE, AND SOUTH-EASTERN ASIANS. THESE MINORITY GROUPS FORM A LARGE BASE IN THE COMMUNITIES. WE HAVE PEOPLE FROM THESE SPECIAL GROUPS WORKING FOR US AS INTERPRETERS AND FUND-RAISE COORDINATORS. 3. DURING THE YEAR 2021, THE POST-PANDEMIC TIME, CURRENT GOVERNMENT ADMINISTRATION HAS ISSUED BILLIONS OF FUNDS TO RECOVER THE ECONOMY. WE WILL LOOK CLOSELY TO THE NEW RELIEF OF GOVERNMENT GRANTS AND TRY OUR BEST TO OBTAIN THESE GOVERNMENTS SUPPORTS. 4. WE ARE IN THE PROCESS OF CREATING A WEBSITE AND WILL PUBLISH IT ONCE DONE. THEN WE WILL HAVE MORE PUBLIC EXPOSURE WITH WHICH WE SHOULD GET INCREASED PUBLIC SUPPORTS. 5. CCSI WILL ADOPT ONE OF THE NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION SOFTWARE THIS YEAR. THE SOFTWARE WILL HELP OUR ORGANIZATION SEEKING, MATCHMAKING, ATTRACTING PUBLIC FUNDING.THE ABOVE PLAN REPRESENTS OUR INITIAL INTENTION, IDEAS, AND EFFORTS IN ACHIEVING OUR GOALS. WE WILL REVISE AND UPGRADE IT AS WE MOVE FORWARD.
