The membership of curesearch's board of directors includes 2 individuals who are related - parents and child. The parents are emeritus directors. One staff member is a child of these same parents.

Part VI, Section B, Line 12C

Each year, all directors, officers and key employees are provided with the conflict of interest policy for review. All new employees are required to read the conflict of interest policy and sign it as part of their orientation. All employees are required to read and re-sign the conflict of interest policy on an annual basis. The policy requires that anyone who knows of an actual or perceived conflict of interest must report it.
