Mission

Mayflower gardens ii is a not-for-profit corporation formed in accordance with the not-for-profit statutes of the state of california. The corporation was formed for the purpose of operating a 76 unit community known as mayflower gardens ii located in lancaster, california, which provides housing for low income elderly persons. The corporation receives housing assistance payments from the u.s. Department of housing and urban development pursuant to section 221(d)(3) of the national housing act, as amended.

Mayflower gardens ii is managed by foundation property management, inc., a professional property management company. Foundation property management, inc. Has a project owner's and management agent's certification for multifamily housing projects with the u.s. Department of housing and urban development. Under this certification, hud has approved foundation property management, inc. To manage the mayflower gardens ii apartment community. The management contract encompasses the day to day operations of the project including, but not limited to, collection of rents, maintenance of facilities, supervision of staff, and ongoing support for both the owners and tenants as needed in order to establish a sanitary and affordable environment. Stuart j. Hartman and peter oscar peabody are compensated by foundation property management, inc. As follows: base compensation of $246,295 and $216,875, other compensation of $5,400 and $5,400, deferred compensation of $20,628 and $6,344, and nontaxable benefits of $28,928 and $20,410, respectively.
