“Two name changes have occurred within this organization during the filing period of this fiscal year. Community Service Programs, Inc. became Wayfinders Supportive Solutions in October 2017 and then became Waymakers in March 2018. Correspondence regarding these name changes have already been communicated to the IRS via mail correspondence. The IRS has issued a determination letter with the new name in April of 2018.”

“The organization regularly and consistently monitors and enforces compliance with the conflict of interest policy by ensuring purchases are approved by authorized management members, requiring 3 quotes for major purchases, staff that keeps books are not allowed to sign checks, etc. If a board member is related to a service provider that Waymakers Management chooses, that board member is excluded from voting to approve management's selection of the service provider and that board member would not be part of the quorum for vote.”

This program was tailored to meet the needs and abilities of each individual client, while establishing limits and consistency for these youth. Through the program, youth develop social and life skills, and practice anger management and distress tolerance. Dispute resolution services: provided mediation for interpersonal and community conflicts. Trained community volunteers to become certified mediators. Offering impartial and supportive expertise, mediators assisted disputing parties to resolve their conflicts. The programs serviced 23,877 clients throughout the year.Expenses $884,965.
