“The executive director or a person authorized by the Executivedirector will provide a copy of the 990 to all Board members either byhard copy and or electronically for review at least 30 days prior tothe filing date of the 990 tax form.All Board members, officers and directors will be afforded theopportunity to ask questions and offer edits. The decision of whetherto make edits will be made by the staff person in charge of financeswithin the organization in conjunction and consultation with THE ORGANIZATIONS tax preparer.”

“Play Mountain Place's conflict of interest policy covers all officers and directors. Play Mountain Place requires officers and directors to complete a conflict of interest agreement annually, which requires officers and directors to disclose any potential conflicts. Conflicts involving officers, directors, or the executive director are reviewed and resolved by the Board. No one with a conflict is allowed to participate in any affected decision.”

“Each year, the Board of Directors reviews comparable salaries based on a recognized study and reviews the performance of the executive director to determine if the existing salary falls within these ranges. After deliberation of this matter, a new proposed salary and benefit package is voted on by the Play Mountain Place Board of Directors. The minutes of the Board of Directors will reflect the nature of this process.In setting compensation, Play Mountain Place may consider, among other things, external labor market rates, equitable relationship with other jobs within the organization and the organization's ability to pay.”

“The following organizational documents of Play Mountain Place will be available (for inspection or copying) at the main office during normal business hours:1. Tax exemption Application (form 1023)2. Internal Revenue Service Determination Letter3. Articles of Incorporation4. By-Laws** The Play Mountain Place 990 forms (from the previous three years) will be available in the Play Mountain Place office for review during normal business hours with an authorized staff person. The public inspection copy will not include Schedule A - excess contributors or schedule B - names and addresses of contributors.** This proviso will be published each year in the Play Mountain Placefamily bulletin, weekly notice or community newsletter.** All Board meeting minutes and notes that are not deemed confidentialwill be available in the Play Mountain Place office for review with anauthorized staff person. ** When responding to a public inspection request for any organizational document or form 990 by anyone, Play mountain Place representatives shall fulfill such request in a timely fashion without inquiring as to the reason for the public inspection request.”
