Financial Statement Notes

PART X, LINE 2:

The Local Union has adopted guidance on accounting for uncertainty in income taxes issued by the Financial Accounting Standards Board. Management believes that the Local Union has taken no uncertain tax positions that require adjustment to the financial statements to comply with the provisions of this guidance. The Local Union files information returns annually. As of June 30, 2015, information returns for years subsequent to the year ended June 30, 2011 (2010 for state returns) were subject to examination by authorities.
