Center for creative land recycling (cclr) is the nation's leading nonprofit championing the sustainable, equitable and responsible reuse of underutilized and environmentally impacted properties. In this role, cclr educates, advocates, assists and convenes stakeholders to revitalize communities through land recycling.cclr is singularly focused on supporting low-capacity and under-served communities thorugh the challenging land reuse process. Cclr's program work includes educational workshops and webinars and one-on-one technical assistance to help communities successfully address brownfield challenges within their communities. In conformity with the above determination, it shall make its decision as to whether to enter into the transaction or arrangement.”

| IRS990/Desc | 0 | Workshops, webinars & technical assistance: Through an EPA grant, CCLR provides pro-bono technical assistance, education, and resources to help communities in EPA Regions 9 and 10 navigate brownfield redevelopment, access funding, and achieve equitable land reuse through workshops, expert guidance, and an online resource center. CCLR is also the brownfields technical assistance provider (BTAP) for California DTSC's Equitable Communities Revitalization Grant (ECRG) and Technical Assistance Grant (TAG) programs.In 2024, CCLR provided technical assistance to 238 unique entities/communities for a total of 526 engagements. This TA included review of 42 EPA MARC grant applications for more than $51 million in requested funding. Additionally, CCLR hosted 34 webinars and events, and presented at 22 other webinars and events reaching 2,790 land reuse practitioners. CCLR shared timely updates on funding, education opportunities and brownfield news with approx. 20,000 land reuse professionals through its monthly Resources for Revitalization newsletter and engaged with an additional 1,600 professionals on LinkedIn. |
