Erudite Technology Group

Erudite Technology Group, Inc. is a nonprofit public benefit corporation and is not organized for the private gain of any person. It is organized under the California Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporations Law for charitable purposes. In the context of these general purposes, Erudite Technology Group, Inc. shall, through all appropriate means, promote, encourage, foster and engage in charitable, educational, scientific and civic endeavors which serve the public at large, but have a primary purpose of benefiting children with special needs, including but not limited to: establishing and operating a full-inclusion school, disseminating information through various media conducting research developing educational material and software recruiting persons and organizations with technological talents and providing consulting services for other nonprofit benevolent organizations.
