Form 990, Part VI, Line 3: Description of Delegated Duties to Management Company

The corporation is managed by satellite affordable housing associates property management (saha pm), a california non-profit public benefit corporation related to the corporation by common members of the board of directors. Saha pm is responsible for the day to day operations of the corporation, including maintenance of accounting records, rent collection, facility maintenance, etc.

Form 990, Part VI, Line 4: Description of Significant Changes to Organizational Documents

The following sections of the bylaws of the corporation were amended in 2019:section 4.5 - term of office and qualification of directors: the directors shall be appointed by the board of directors of satellite affordable housing associates (saha), as appointed pursuant to the bylaws of saha.section 4.7 - removal of directors: if a director of saha is removed from the saha board of directors, then the removal of that director shall constitute removal from the corporation's board.section 4.9 - filling vacancies: a vacancy on the board shall be filled as the corresponding vacancy on the saha board is filled.section 5.1 - officers of the corporation: the officers of the corporation shall be a chair, a secretary, and a treasurer. The corporation may also have, at the board's discretion, one or more vice chairs, one or more assistant secretaries, one or more assistant treasurers and such other officers as may be appointed in accordance with section 5.3 of these bylaws. Any number of offices may be held by the same person, except that neither the secretary nor the treasurer may serve concurrently as the chair.section 6.1 - fiscal year: the fiscal year of this corporation shall begin each year on january 1st and end each year on december 31st.

Part X : FIN48 Footnote

Satellite AHA Development Inc. (SADI) has received tax exempt status under IRC Section 501(c)(3) and the California Franchise Tax Board under the Revenue and Taxation Code 23701(d). The income or loss from partnerships is reported by the partners on their income tax returnts.No income tax provision has been included in the combined financial statements for the single member limited liability companies which are generally considered disregarded entities. The income and loss of the LLC's is included in the tax returns of their respective sole members. Only the annual California limited liability company minimum tax and the annual fee appear as expense in the combined financial statements.SADI and subsidiaries believe that it has appropriate support for any tax positions taken, and as such, do not have any uncertain tax positions that are material to the financial statements. SADI and subsidiaries' federal and state information and income tax returns for the years ended 2015 through 2018 are subject to examination by regulatory agencies, generally for three years and four years after they were filed for the federal and state returns, respectively.

(SADI) has received tax exempt status under IRC Section 501(c)(3) and the California Franchise Tax Board under the Revenue and Taxation Code 23701(d). The income or loss from partnerships is reported by the partners on their income tax returnts.No income tax provision has been included in the combined financial statements for the single member limited liability companies which are generally considered disregarded entities. The income and loss of the LLC's is included in the tax returns of their respective sole members. Only the annual California limited liability company minimum tax and the annual fee appear as expense in the combined financial statements.SADI and subsidiaries believe that it has appropriate support for any tax positions taken, and as such, do not have any uncertain tax positions that are material to the financial statements. SADI and subsidiaries' federal and state information and income tax returns for the years ended 2015 through 2018 are subject to examination by regulatory agencies, generally for three years and four years after they were filed for the federal and state returns, respectively.
