FORM 990, PART XII, LINE 8: CHANGE IN NET ASSETS

Explanation of prior period adjustments; - in 2011 the organization sold its building and equipment to keller housing associates, lp (kha) for a discounted price. The difference in sales price and fair market value represents a capital contribution of $1,818,686 to kha. This increase in investment was not reflected in the prior filing. - in 2011 the capital contribution payable to kha of $100 was deemed paid in the contracted sale of building and equipment. - the related party payable to oakland housing authority was previously understated by $69,389. These changes reflect an adjustment of $1,749,397 to the beginning net assets.
