The current collective bargaining agreement (the agreement) between pma, on behalf of the employers of ilwu watchmen in the san francisco bay area, and ilwu local 75, was effective as of july 1, 2014, shall remain in effect until july 1, 2019, and requires the parties to continue to establish and maintain the lrc.”
