Mission

To benefit and support mission housing development corporation, a california nonprofit public benefit corporation, and its purposes in accordance with section 509(a)(3) of the internal revenue code by (1) providing affordable housing for low-income persons, where inadequate housing exists for such groups; and (2) providing decent, safe and sanitary housing for low-income persons, or for low-income persons who are homeless or in imminent danger of homelessness, or who are displaced from urban renewal areas, or as a result of governmental action, or a major disaster where inadequate housing exists for such groups.
