“Article iii: nonpartisan activities this corporation has been formed under the california nonprofit public benefit corporation law for the charitable purposes described above, and it shall be nonprofit and nonpartisan. This corporation shall not, except in an insubstantial degree, engage in any activities or exercise any powers that are not in furtherance of the purposes described in article ii of these bylaws. “Neither the business to be transacted at nor the purpose of any regular or special meeting of members need be specified in any written waiver of notice, consent to the holding of the meeting or approval of the minutes thereof, except as provided in section 6.3 of this article. (a) twenty-five (25) members of the corporation shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business at a meeting of the members.
