“The organization has six classes of members:active - traveling wholesales apparel and kindred line salespersons who are not primarily manufacturers, wholesalers, jobbers, or supervisors of salespersons.participating - manufacturers, wholesalers, jobbers, and supervisors of salespersons who do not have salespersons and who regularly travel a territory or territories.honorary - who has rendered distinguished service to the association or to society in general, as the membership or the board of directors sees fit.applicant - traveling wholesales apparel and kindred line salespersons who are not primarily manufacturers, wholesalers, jobbers, or supervisors of salespersons for a maximum of no more than three shows.associate - traveling wholesales apparel and kindred line salespersons who are not primarily manufacturers, wholesalers, jobbers, or supervisors of salespersons who travel a territory or territories, carry the same lines, and show in the same room of any of the other four classes of membership in the show.inactive - member who exercises his or her option to become inactive.”

“All active members in good standing shall be eligible to nominate and be, nominated for office. Each active member in good standing shall be entitled to one vote in the elections of each officer and also entitled to cast as many votes as there are directors then being elected, but may not cast more than one vote for any one nominee for each vacancy then exist.”

“Each officer and directors shall be elected by a majority vote at the annual meeting of the association.”

“Form 990 is reviewed by board members before filing. The board members reviewed the form 990 at a regularly scheduled board meeting or the form 990 was e-mailed to the board members. Board members reviewed and send an acknowledgement to the executive director before the return was filed.”
