“The cab board conducts a wage and salary survey on a periodic basis. Using the compensation and benefit survey published regularly by the center for nonprofit management, a salary range is established for each cab position. This will next be conducted in 2024. All employees must earn a salary within the newly established range and may be granted an increase based on merit and/or cost of living adjustment(cola), depending on budgetary resources, where their salary level is within the new range. The executive director salary is reviewed annually by the personnel committee and the recommendation is presented to the board of directors.”

“OTHER PROGRAM SERVICES 4: Davenport Resource Service Center (DRSC) - operates a multi-service community center that provides food distributions, outreach, transportation, case management and translation services as well as recreational/educational activities for youth, teens, and seniors. OTHER PROGRAM SERVICES 5: Santa Cruz County Immigration Project (SCCIP) - provides outreach, immigration legal assistance (including appeals, waivers, citizenship applications, deferred action for childhood arrivals plus follow-up services), and information and referral services to Santa Cruz and North Monterey Counties immigrants. OTHER PROGRAM SERVICES 6: DAY WORKER CENTER - PROVIDES A FACILITY AND SUPPORT SERVICES FOR DAY LABORERS IN SANTA CRUZ COUNTY BEGINNING IN 2013. OTHER PROGRAM SERVICES 7: SPECIAL PROJECTS - Work is focused on Preparation, Response and Recovery for health, climate and natural disasters that impact the most vulnerable community members, with an emphasis on immigrants in our community and region so that they may thrive. Work includes: Advocacy & Systems Change Coordination & Alignment of Services Communications & Community Engagement Infrastructure development. OTHER PROGRAM SERVICES 8: Watsonville Works (WWKS) - We serve individuals over the age of 18 that are currently experiencing homelessness in Watsonville. Our goal is to provide them with necessary transitional job experience and tools so that they may join the work force and ultimately resolve their homelessness situation. We provide 12 day of Transitional Work Experience in collaboration with City of Watsonville's Public Works Department and provide them with incentives(gift certificates at $25.00/3 day a week) and case management. OTHER PROGRAM SERVICES 9: Youth Homeless Response Team (YHRT): By outreach efforts we connect and identify unaccompanied at-risk youth ages 15-24, to individualized services needed to thrive, with Case management, Mentorship, and connection to Benefits and Services including Education and Employment, throughout the Santa Cruz County.”
