Anka's mission statement is to eliminate the impact of behavioral health problems for all people. It's vision statement is to be recognized as the premier behavioral health care leader by providing state of the art, cost effective, client centered services. Through support systems even the most marginalized of people can improve their quality of life and be productive members in their communities. Is registered as a not-for-profit public benefit corporation and is exempt from income taxes under section 501(c)(2) of the internal revenue code. Mhsa is incorporated in the state of california as a limited liability company and files its tax returns on the accrual basis of accounting. Anka has evaluated its current tax positions and has concluded that as of june 30, 2015, anka does not have any significant uncertain tax positions for which a reserve would be necessary.
