Expenditures over $2,000 2. Salary increases 3. New paid positions 4. Election of officers, the Building Manager and Maintenance Manager. C. MB results - A quorum of two-thirds of the Membership is required to validate a MB. A majority of the quorum or a majority of the membership passes.”
