Prior to its filing, the Form 990 is reviewed by the President and Vice President, and it is provided to the Finance and Audit Committee of the Board of Directors.

Form 990, Part VI, Line 12C: Explanation of Monitoring and Enforcement of Conflicts

Disclosure of conflicts of interest by all board members and key employees is required annually. These disclosures are monitored by management.

Form 990, Part VI, Line 15A: Compensation Review & Approval Process - CEO, Top Management

Compensation for the President and other officers is reviewed and approved annually by the Finance and Personnel Committee of the Board of Trustees. Comparability data from Quatt Associates and other surveys is used to determine compensation levels. The deliberation is documented in the minutes of the committee. Comparability data was last surveyed on May 8, 2009. Since then, only annual cost of living adjustments of 3% to 5% have been made. A comparability review was performed in 2015.
