The audit committee reviewed the draft of the form 990 for comment and editing. Once the audit committee was satisfied with the draft of the form 990, the form 990 was discussed with the full board. Upon board approval the form 990 was finalized for signing.

The conflict of interest policy is provided to all new hires who are required to sign a statement maintained in their personnel file. The conflict of interest policy is reviewed with each employee at the time of their performance review. All board members are required to sign the conflict of interest policy upon election to the board of directors.

Compensation is determined annually during the budgeting process. Employees received routine reviews and their salary is adjusted based on budgetary considerations. All salaries for key employees are approved by the board during the budgetary process.
