Mission

Degenius Foundation democratizes access to cutting-edge technology education by reducing financial barriers for talented students. We provide scholarships for students to attend major technology conferences and hackathons covering full or partial costs including registration travel and accommodation. Our programs include mentor dinners connecting students with industry professionals networking opportunities at technology events and pathways to employment in the technology sector. By making professional development experiences accessible regardless of financial background we help students gain exposure to emerging technologies and build careers in technology fields.

We provided over 100 full and partial scholarships removing financial barriers for students to attend premier technology conferences and hackathons including Accelerate Solana and other major industry events. Scholarships covered conference registration airfare accommodation and meals. Students gained direct exposure to cutting-edge technologies including blockchain artificial intelligence and emerging platforms. Participants networked with industry leaders attended technical workshops and competed in hackathons with several students securing employment opportunities or internships as a direct result. We provided 10 paid professional work opportunities for students in program operations community outreach event coordination and technology projects. Several participants leveraged this experience to secure positions at technology companies.
