THREE18 prepares its Form 990 internally using organizational financial records and supporting documentation. Prior to submission the completed return is reviewed by the organizations leadership and shared with members of the Board of Directors for review and feedback. Any questions or necessary revisions are addressed before the return is finalized and filed. The organization maintains a copy of the completed Form 990 and makes it available to the Board of Directors for their records. This pr

THREE18 maintains a conflict of interest policy that requires board members officers and key employees to disclose any potential or actual conflicts of interest on an ongoing basis. Prior to the approval of any transaction individuals with a potential conflict are required to disclose the nature of the conflict and recuse themselves from discussion and voting on the matter. The Board of Directors reviews proposed transactions to ensure they are fair reasonable and in the best interest of the organization. If a conflict of interest is identified after a transaction has occurred the Board conducts a review to determine appropriate corrective action and to ensure continued compliance with the organizations policies and applicable regulations. These practices are intended to promote transparency accountability and integrity in all organizational decisions.
