SUSTAINABILITY. ALIGNED WITH UN Aligned with SDG 12: Responsible Consumption and Production, our sustainability program combines cutting-edge research with hands-on action to extend the life of sports gear made from materials like plastic, metal, and rubber- often excluded from traditional recycling. By diverting waste from landfills and reducing greenhouse gas emissions, we champion a shift toward reuse, empower communities to adopt sustainable practices, and set new standards for environmental and economic resilience. IN 2024, PASSBACK HELPED DIVERT OVER 3 TON FROM LANDFILLS.$132,977$4,442
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT. Aligned with UNITED NATIONS SDG 11: Sustainable Cities and Communities, our gear redistribution program ensures youth have the essential tools to participate fully in sports. By meeting these needs, we promote resilience and inclusivity while enabling community resources to be reallocated to other critical areas. This approach fosters a supportive environment for young people to thrive and enhances the overall sustainability of local programs. IN 2024, PASSBACK GIFTED OVER $43,000 OF SPORTS GEAR.$15,100$46,076

We focus on resource efficiency, environmental policy awareness, and sustainable disposal methods while highlighting the disproportionate effects of climate change on underserved communities. By linking these issues to sports, we inspire collective action for a healthier planet and future. IN 2024, PASSBACK HELPED EDUCATE 42,153 PEOPLE IN LOCAL AND INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITIES.$4,577$4,926
