Persons Right to Approve Governing Body DecisionsCertain decisions of the organizations governing body are subject to approval by The Board of Directors including the Executive Director. In accordance with the organizations bylaws, these individuals has the legal right to approve or veto major actions taken by the Board of Directors, including but not limited to amendments to the bylaws, significant financial commitments, changes in mission or purpose, and dissolution of the organization. This oversight is intended to ensure continuity with the organizations founding vision and to promote accountability in governance.
