“Reflections program - under this program we provide proactive, targeted support for youth who are identified as having disciplinary issues. The goal is to keep students caught up on school work and to support them in addressing their behavior issues. Reflections promotes a student's right to equal access to education and is committed to fair policies that develop the framework for appropriate student. The most significant distinction of reflections from existing approaches to disciplinary problems is the inclusion of a school system analysis as well as a student level intervention. Reflections engages schools in a self-assessment component to examine policies or procedures that may inadvertently lead to biased patterns of disciplinary action for students of color and/or economically disadvantaged students. During the year ended june 30, 2025, we served 136 students in this program.”
“Solutions program: this program creates year around opportunities for students to build upon the strengths of their own experience, history and culture and to learn how to influence, speak out and lead in broader society through exposure to business, civic and educational leaders. Solutions includes a ten (10) month leadership curriculum, a series of interactive leadership training led by nationally and locally renewed leaders. Leadership development is the focus of solutions, augmented by applied learning approaches emphasizing writing, speaking, reading, and inquiry. Students participating in this program learn and demostrate school/community leadership; develop or strengthen academic skills needed for school success, college readiness, future careers and bolster positive behavior & relational communication and problem solving skills. During the year ended june 30, 2025, we served 606 students in this program.”
“Young entreprenuers program (yep): a career leadership program focused on entreprenuerial education and innovation. Students are given the opportunity to develop baseline skills in pursuing entreprenuerial ventures, strengthen public speaking skills, and foster networking skills, to build relationships with community members, mentors, and potential business investors. During the year ended june 30, 2025, we served 16 students in this program.”
