“All disbursements are made from the usa office. The schools are semi- autonomous and independent in the sense that they have their own staff and budgets. Details on the schools and programs are reported on tefl's facilities. Tefl international wires lump-sum amounts to the schools for fund raising is accomplished by recruiters in various locations around operating expenses. The actual amounts disbursed are based upon approved other financial information the world. The recruiters obtain tuition payments from students, withhold their fees, and transmit the remainder to tefl international's usa office. Website: www.teflintl.com.”
