“The bylaws of beyond toxics permit the board of directors to elect an executive committee. The executive committee shall have the power to make on-going decisions between board meetings and shall have the power to make financial and budgetary decisions. The officers of the organization and the executive director constitute the executive committee.”

Additionally, forms 990 are readily available via websites that monitor and report on not-for-profit organizations.
