To oversee the management and operation of the ikoi so terrace apartments which are to be maintained for low income seniors and the disabled. The low income apartment project was sold on july 11, 2014. The organization filed articles of dissolution on december 17, 2019 and finished disbursing all remaining funds in 2020.
