WE CAN HELP WITH TRANSITIONAL HOUSING, SUPPORTIVE IN-HOME SERVICES, RENTAL ASSISTANCE, AND CASE MANAGEMENT.EMERGENCY HOUSING ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (EHA) - PROVIDES ASSISTANCE TO LOW OR VERY LOW-INCOME PERSONS WHO ARE UNHOUSED, ARE UNSTABLY HOUSED, OR AT RISK OF BECOMING UNHOUSED.
