There is one class of membership with all members having the same rights and obligations. Members are required to be organizations described in Section 501(c)(25)(C)of the Internal Revenue Service Code. There are two equal members in the Oddie Project: The Childrens Cabinet and the Food Bank of Northern Nevada, Inc., which are both 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organizations.

The Board of Directors, which is comprised of the members, may admit qualified members by unanimous approval. At no time shall the organization have more than 35 members.
