“The mission of the home possible project is to create and provide residential options, services and support designed to meet the needs of adults with developmental disabilities and similar disabling conditions. We are dedicated to fostering growth and independence through vocational, social, and recreational opportunities.”

“Our goal is to proactively address an orderly transition of care for adults with developmental disabilities and similar disabling conditions from their aging family members to a stable, reliable and caring environment. We will provide each individual with surroundings that are conducive to long term friendships and a sense of well-being and self-worth. As the organization was formed in 2023, the year was spent planning and laying the groundwork for the future accomplishment of our goals. Efforts to this end included the following: reviewed, studied, and met with numerous supportive housing model organizations; met with families in need of our programs to discuss plans and models; met with numerous community leaders; applied for and became a state of nh medicaid provider; created conceptual building plans that were approved by the new hampshire bureau of developmental services; made inquiries into several potential parcels of land and will continue to search for land.”
