Each entity operates independantly from the other two towards the common goals and objectives of 5 media. But, the board of directors of all the 3 entities have (annual) meetings in which the collective goals, strategy and budget are determined. The decision of these (annual) meetings are subject to the approval of all the attendees of this meeting.
