Our mission is to empower and protect youth at high risk of being involved in or impacted by gun violence by providing comprehensive support services advocacy and safe spaces. We are committed to fostering resilience and opportunity through legal advocacy mentorship job training community engagement educational support access to mental health resources and holistic family services. Individualized services include goal planning community resource access and family engagement to tackle root causes of instability. By combining healing-centered engagement with economic empowerment the program guides participants away from harmful environments towards community roles. The program aims to reduce youth violence risk factors and enhance protective factors like employment leadership skills and community ties.
