The organization enforces this policy by requiring an annual review of disclosures from each board member and key employee. These disclosures are reviewed by a designated committee or the board of directors. If a potential conflict is identified the individual is required to recuse themselves from any discussion or decision-making related to the conflict. Regular board meeting minutes record these recusals ensuring consistent monitoring and adherence to the policy. This process helps maintain transparency and accountability within the organization.”
