The executive director (ed) salary, as well as all employee salaries, is presented to the finance committee as part of the annual budgeting process. The 24.25 budget was approved by the board of directors in may 2024. The ed salary is reviewed each year during a job review process led by the board of directors.

4a continued - assistant principal coaching - 10 one-on-one coaching sessions, at least 5 of which were in person, focused on each leader's leader learning plan, an individualized development plan that considers both the leader's and the school's needs - three school visits that allowed principals to see effective practices in action and build perspective beyond their buildings/districts our second year of programming concluded in june 2025 and continue to see positive impact across our cohorts of leaders. 1.78% of pivot-supported schools earned a tvaas score of 3 or higher (vs. 64% statewide). 2.100% of our participants agreed or strongly agreed that: a.their learning with pivot helped them have a positive impact on student achievement. B.they grew as a leader. C.they would recommend pivot as a program to other principals. 3.100% of our district and cmo partners agreed or strongly agreed that: a.pivot is a program they'd recommend to other districts looking to support their principals. B.pivot had a positive impact on their principal development. Beyond pivot's principal and assistant principal cohorts, we partnered with districts, charter management organizations, schools, and educational organizations on customized projects to grow leaders and improve schools. These partnerships extended statewide across five tennessee counties and impacted over 66,000 students.

Income taxes the organization is a not-for-profit organization that is exempt from federal income tax under internal revenue code (irc) section 501(c)(3) whereby only unrelated business income, as defined in section 512(a)(1) of the irc is subject to federal income tax. The organization has evaluated its tax positions for all open tax years. Based on the evaluation of the organization's tax positions, management believes all tax positions taken would be upheld under an examination; therefore, no provision for the effects of uncertain positions has been recorded.

B.THEY GREW AS A LEADER. C.THEY WOULD RECOMMEND PIVOT AS A PROGRAM TO OTHER PRINCIPALS. 3.100% OF OUR DISTRICT AND CMO PARTNERS AGREED OR STRONGLY AGREED THAT: A.PIVOT IS A PROGRAM THEY'D RECOMMEND TO OTHER DISTRICTS LOOKING TO SUPPORT THEIR PRINCIPALS. B.PIVOT HAD A POSITIVE IMPACT ON THEIR PRINCIPAL DEVELOPMENT.
